There still may be some figuring out to do on this one. I think the year is mis-identified., Rober Warwick appeared in the 1915 version of Alias Jimmy Valentine. As for the title Omni is all, and and Kiralytigris is King Tiger. Im not sure of the actual translation, or if the film was re-titled for it's European release.
I see what you mean, hes got a oh so serious look on his face, which is incongruos with his pose and costume. He is also holding onto his shadows tail which turns into the letter K.
