Oh wow! Stupendous photos! Norma Shearer's fur coat is painted so convincingly. And I've never seen Myrna Loy look more exotic. Dolores Del Rio is the spitting image of Cher! My favorite photo is the one with Claudette Colbert.
They are stunning. He did another Kay Francis which is now used on the cover of one of her autobiographies.
He does do some beautiful work!
Good luck with getting him to do a Robert Mongomery though ;)
The way he uses and blends colors is amazing. Youre exactly right about the resemblance between Dolores Del Rio and Cher. My favorite might be the Carole Lombard, Im A sucker for close-ups.
